International Transportation

II. Packing Standard
Safety Protection
Each watch is carefully packed before shipment to ensure that it is protected from damage during transportation. The watch will first be placed in a specially designed watch box, which is equipped with soft padding inside to effectively prevent the watch from shaking and collision.
For watches with special requirements (e.g. mechanical watches, complication watches), we may add additional fixing measures, such as using special sponge slot to fix the watch, to ensure that the movement and other key components are not affected by external forces.
Moisture and Magnetism Resistance
The packaging materials are moisture-proof and anti-magnetic. A moisture-proof agent will be placed inside the watch box to cope with possible changes in humidity and to prevent the internal parts of the watch from rusting or being damaged by moisture. At the same time, the packaging also blocks external magnetic fields to a certain extent, protecting the watch's timekeeping accuracy.
Outer Packaging
The outside of the watch box will be wrapped in a cardboard box or a special bag for express delivery. The cardboard box will be clearly labeled with “fragile items”, “hold lightly” and other markings, and for international transportation, the necessary labels will be added in accordance with international transportation requirements, such as destination information, transportation precautions and so on.

The international transportation cost depends on the destination country, transportation weight and selected transportation mode. When the customer places an order, the system will automatically calculate the estimated international shipping cost based on the product information and the shipping address, which is to be borne by the customer. In addition, international transportation may involve customs duties, value-added tax and other taxes, which are paid by the customer, we will try to inform the customer of the possible taxes and fees before shipment, but the final amount of taxes and fees shall be subject to the provisions of the local customs.
Transportation Insurance
Insurance Purchase
In order to protect the interests of customers, we purchase shipping insurance for each shipping parcel. The insurance amount is based on the value of the watch and covers possible risks that may arise due to loss, damage, etc. of the watch during transportation.
If customers think it is necessary to increase the insurance amount, they can contact our customer service when placing the order, and the additional insurance cost will be charged according to the rate standard of the insurance company.
Claims Process
If the watch is lost or damaged during transportation, the customer should contact our customer service within [specific number of hours] after receiving the parcel and provide relevant evidence (e.g. parcel damage photos, courier receipt number, etc.). We will immediately start the claims process and work with the courier company and insurance company to ensure that the customer can get reasonable compensation. V. Transportation Tracking and Notification
Shipping Tracking
Once the order is shipped, we will provide the customer with the courier bill number, and the customer can check the shipping status of the parcel through the official website of the courier company, the mobile application, or our company's order tracking system. Our order tracking system will update the parcel's location information and estimated delivery time in real time, which is convenient for customers to understand the transportation progress.
Delivery Notification
When the parcel is delivered to the courier station near the destination, the courier company will notify the customer to pick up the parcel by SMS, phone or other means. For customers who choose home delivery service, the courier will contact the customer again before delivery to ensure that the customer can receive the package in time.
Sixth, transportation restrictions and special circumstances
Transportation restrictions on the region
Due to the logistics conditions or policy restrictions in some areas, there may be areas that we can not deliver. These areas will be clearly listed on our company website, in the customer order, if the delivery address belongs to the restricted area, we will promptly inform the customer and assist in solving the problem, such as recommending the change of delivery address or cancel the order.
Force majeure factors
In the process of transportation, such as force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, war, government action, etc.) resulting in transportation delays or can not be completed, we will promptly communicate with the customer and arrange for re-delivery as soon as possible after the elimination of force majeure factors or negotiate other solutions. We will not bear the transportation loss caused by force majeure factors, but will actively assist customers to deal with related matters.
