Return & Exchanges
I. Return and Exchange Period
Customers are entitled to return or exchange their watches within [7] days from the date of purchase (based on the date of the proof of purchase), provided that the merchandise is in its original condition (unworn, undamaged, complete with labels, complete with accessories, etc.).
For some special customized watches or limited edition watches, if the customer has been clearly informed before purchase, no return or exchange will be made if there is no quality problem.
II. Reasons and conditions for return and exchange
Returns
Returns for quality problems
If the watch malfunctions in the course of normal use, such as the movement stops, the timekeeping is seriously inaccurate (error beyond the normal range), the watch mirror is cracked (not due to human factors), the watch band is broken (not due to the improper use of external forces) and other quality problems, after our professional after-sales personnel test and confirm the quality problems, we can handle the return procedures. Customers can choose a full refund, and the refund will be returned according to the original payment method.
The postal expenses arising from the return of the product due to quality problems will be borne by our company.
Non-quality return
If a customer requests to return a watch due to personal preference (e.g., do not like the style, color, etc.) and the watch meets the original condition conditions listed above, the watch may be returned within the specified return period, subject to the deduction of a handling fee (the amount of the fee is [30]% of the product's price), and the refund will be made in the same manner as the original method of payment after the deduction of the handling fee. Customers are responsible for the postage costs incurred for the return of goods.
Exchanges
Exchange for Quality Problems
If the watch has quality problems, the customer has the right to request an exchange. We will provide the customer with a replacement watch of the same value or at the difference in price. The warranty period will be recalculated for the new replacement watch. We will bear the postage cost for the exchange due to quality problems.
Exchanges for size problems (for cases where the watch band is adjustable or different sizes are available)
If a customer purchases a watch with a band that is not the right size, he/she can apply for an exchange within [7] days of purchase if the product is intact and undamaged, and we will replace the band or watch with a band or watch of the right size (if the band and the watch as a whole are not detachable) at no cost to the customer.
Exchange for Non-Quality Problems
If the customer requests an exchange for non-quality reasons (such as wanting to change to another model) and the watch meets the original condition requirements, the exchange can be processed within the specified period. However, it should be noted that if the price of the replacement watch is higher than that of the original watch purchased, the customer is required to make up the difference in price; if the price is lower than that of the original watch purchased, the difference in price will not be refunded. If the price is lower than the original purchase, the price difference will not be refunded. The customer will be responsible for the mailing costs incurred for the exchange.
Return and Exchange Procedure
Customers need to contact our customer service staff in time after finding the problem or deciding to return or exchange the product. You can initiate a return or exchange application through the company's e-mail address [haocintl@outlook.com] or on the purchase platform (when purchasing online).
After receiving the application, the customer service personnel will guide the customer to carry out the relevant operations, such as filling out the return and exchange application form, describing the problem and so on. For returns or exchanges with quality issues, the customer may need to send the watch back to the Company's designated After-Sales Inspection Center at [Room D3, 11/F, Luk Wo Industrial Building, 8 Luk Wo Street] and attach a copy of the proof of purchase.
Upon receipt of the watch at the After-Sales Inspection Center, the inspection and processing will be completed within [7] business days. If the watch meets the conditions for return or exchange, we will communicate with the customer to confirm the amount of the refund (in the case of a return) or to arrange for an exchange, and will complete the refund or send out the replacement watch within [72 hours].
Other Precautions
Minor scratches, wear and tear on the exterior of the watch that may occur due to normal wear may be handled at the customer's discretion without affecting the function of the watch or secondary sales, but may affect the amount of the refund or the conditions for the exchange of the watch.
If the watch has been repaired, modified, etc. by a third party that is not authorized by the Company, it will be ineligible for return or exchange.
This return and exchange policy only applies to watches purchased from our official channels (including brick-and-mortar stores, official websites, officially authorized online platforms, etc.), and we are not responsible for returns or exchanges for watches purchased from other informal channels.
